I am passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and creating a safe space where you can feel heard, respected, and accepted. My approach is holistic — I believe that counselling works best when the whole person is considered, not just the problem. Together, we work at your pace to explore what’s going on and find ways to move forward.
For over 10 years, I’ve worked with young people and adults in a variety of settings: the NHS (including NHS staff counselling), Cirencester College, Farmor’s Secondary School, Cotswold Counselling, and in private practice.
