Counselling & EFT in Highworth, Swindon
Counselling provides a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk about whatever is on your mind. My integrative approach allows me to draw on different methods — including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Mindfulness, and Transactional Analysis — so that sessions are always shaped around your needs rather than one rigid framework.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping) is a practical, gentle technique that combines focused talking with tapping on acupuncture points. You remain fully clothed and tap on your own body while I guide you.
Counselling can support you if you’re experiencing:
Anxiety or panic attacks
Depression or low mood
Stress and burnout
Low self-esteem
Relationship or family difficulties
Bereavement or loss
Trauma or past abuse
Feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about the future
EFT is helpful for:
Trauma and PTSD
Phobias and fears
Stress and anxiety
Addictive behaviours
Weight and body image concerns
Procrastination and performance issues
